The hands-on sessions will give the participants a head-start in microcontroller programming and interfacing.
Participants will be provided with a kit consisting an ESP8266 Development Board (Node MCU IoT node), a breadboard, basic electronics components and a few common sensors. The sessions will consist of live tutorials where the participants follow the instructor in completing certain tasks using the microcontroller board and connected sensors. They will learn how to read input from sensors, perform basic operations on the data, and take some actions based on the sensor data and display the data depending on the requirements of the project.
The wireless communication capabilities of the IoT node will be explored towards the end of the session. A manual will be provided with lots of useful information, links and project ideas.
Note:- Participants are required to bring their own laptop for the hands-on training.
